COCO BERRY BOWL

This is the perfect on-the-go, quick breakfast for anyone who likes something sweet but healthy in the morning. You can use whatever fruit floats your boat, but this berry combo is really something else. 11/10 recommend.

​Ingredients (Serves 1), Total Time: 10 minutes

  • 1 serving of plant-based yogurt (coconut is my favorite)

  • 2 handfuls of frozen berries

  • 1 squeeze of lemon juice

Method

  • Put frozen berries and squeeze of lemon juice in a pan and cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes or until the juices start to run

  • Once the fruit begins to blister, place berries on coconut yogurt and add any other toppings you might like (granola, honey, seeds, nuts, etc.) and enjoy!
