COCO BERRY BOWL
This is the perfect on-the-go, quick breakfast for anyone who likes something sweet but healthy in the morning. You can use whatever fruit floats your boat, but this berry combo is really something else. 11/10 recommend.
​Ingredients (Serves 1), Total Time: 10 minutes

1 serving of plant-based yogurt (coconut is my favorite)

2 handfuls of frozen berries

1 squeeze of lemon juice

Method

Put frozen berries and squeeze of lemon juice in a pan and cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes or until the juices start to run

Once the fruit begins to blister, place berries on coconut yogurt and add any other toppings you might like (granola, honey, seeds, nuts, etc.) and enjoy!
