EVERYTHING BUT THE BAGEL SEASONING TOFU + SPICY MAYO DIP
What would you say if I told you I think EBTB seasoning can save 2020? I think we're all on the same page with this, right? Anyways, let me put you on the easiest and tastiest lunch I've had in a minute.
Ingredients (Serves 1), Total Time: 10 minutes

1/3 block of firm tofu, drained and cut

EBTB seasoning from Trader Joe's
-
1 tbsp vegan mayo
-
Sriracha to taste

Method

Cut tofu into little rectangles and lightly dip each side into olive oil

Coat tofu in EBTB seasoning

Pan-fry for a couple of minutes on each side or until golden brown

For the dip, simply mix vegan mayo and Sriracha until you get the desired
