MAPLE CASHEW CREAM
This cashew cream will change your life. It's delicious and very versatile! Use it on toast, in between layers of pancakes or as a filling in your favorite muffins. I also highly encourage eating it by the spoonful like I do. Ok by spoon I mean ladle. It's whatever.
Ingredients (Makes ~1 cup), Total Time: 5 minutes

1 cup of cashews (soaked until they’re soft, 3-5 hours)

1/2 cup water

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Method

Drain cashews and put all ingredients into blender

Blend to smooth & creamy perfection (taste as you go and see if you want to add more maple syrup)

Store in the fridge (lasts about 1 week) and enjoy!
