This simple, 3-ingredient chia seed pudding is amazing! Chia seeds are packed with fiber and protein, so this not only tastes good but is also nutrient-dense.

​Ingredients (Serves 1), Prep Time: 5 minutes

  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp plant mylk

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (can add more if you like it sweeter)

Method

  • Mix ingredients together with a spoon

  • Let sit in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy!
