MAPLE CHIA PUDDING
This simple, 3-ingredient chia seed pudding is amazing! Chia seeds are packed with fiber and protein, so this not only tastes good but is also nutrient-dense.
Ingredients (Serves 1), Prep Time: 5 minutes

1/2 cup + 2 tbsp plant mylk

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tbsp maple syrup (can add more if you like it sweeter)
Method

Mix ingredients together with a spoon
