Here are my current favorite products!

Trader Joe's Spa Tea Tree Oil Face Wash

I've been using this as my daily face wash for about two years now and I love it! The wash is very light and has a subtle, earthy smell. Tea tree oil can be great for your skin. It has anti-inflammatory properties, which works wonders on breakouts. Trust me when I say your face will feel super clean and refreshed after every use. You can find it at your local TJ's!

Frank Body Original Face Scrub

If you’ve cleaned out your bathroom cabinet and are saving room for a very special face wash, let it be this one. It's a thick and creamy exfoliator made from coffee beans, bamboo, walnuts, white clay, rose hip oil, and more natural ingredients. It helps to remove dead skin and clear up acne scars, and it is truly wonderful. It also smells like a cute little coffee shop so that’s always a bonus. I use this weekly as an exfoliator! Shop here.

At-Home Derma Roller

I’ve been using this product for around two years and I LOVE it. It has micro-needles that are intended to help your skin produce collagen and elastin by creating super small punctures, essentially tightening your skin. This has helped reduce the look of my scars so much! After I wash my face at night, I gently derma roll my forehead, cheeks and chin for 1-2 minutes each. My skin looks and feels so smooth after each use! Shop here.

The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Oil

I’ve been using this for almost a year now and I’ve noticed a drastic improvement in my discoloration and acne scars. Rose hip oil is rich in antioxidants and vitamins, which can help fight inflammation, brighten and tighten skin cells, and promote their rejuvenation. I use this morning and night by putting a small drop on my forehead, cheeks, and chin. I then spread it around with my jade roller. Shop here.

Jade Roller

I am a huge fan of my jade roller. I like to put a few drops of coconut oil on it and start with my neck, rolling from my jaw down to my collarbone. Next, I take the roller to my face and work from my nose towards my ears, then my hairline down to my eyebrows. The purpose is to increase lymphatic drainage, helping to de-puff your face. I got my roller as a gift, but you can find one at Marshalls, Target or on Amazon!

CBD Oil

Whenever I'm stressed, it manifests on my face. Panic attacks and general anxiety have lead to unfortunate breakouts, but CBD has really helped me. CBD serves to alleviate anxiety symptoms and help calm you down, and my experience with it has been nothing but positive. I've been loving Naternal CBD, which you can shop here.
