TAHINI TUNA SAMMY
This vegan tuna salad is DELICIOUS. Now I know you're thinking this is the absolute WEIRDEST combination of foods, but trust me when I say it somehow comes together perfectly. Don't knock it 'til you try it, folks.

Ingredients (Serves 2)​, Total Time: 25 minutes

1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

2 pickles, chopped

3 stalks celery, chopped

1/2 cup corn

2 tablespoons tahini
-
2 tablespoons capers
-
1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
-
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Method

Mash chickpeas in a bowl

Add tahini, soy sauce and mustard to the bowl and mix

Add pickles, celery and corn to the bowl and fold in

Toast your favorite bread, add in the tuna and enjoy!
